We reviewed your account and determined you are not eligible to sell restricted*****（我们的品牌名字）products. We evaluated the information you provided, but it did not pass our review. It appears the document you provided did not originate from a manufacturer or distributor. Also seller address on invoice is not matching with seller central account.
We apologize for any inconvenience our decision has caused you. We took this action to ensure the mutual success of our sellers and buyers on our site.
Please know this decision doesn't necessarily reflect poorly on you or your seller account. We take a number of factors into consideration, such as tenure, feedback rating, sales history, A-to-z Guarantee claims rate, and refund rate.
Due to the proprietary nature of our business, we are unable to provide detailed information about this process. We value your participation and hope that you will continue to sell on our platform in an effort to build your performance history. Keep in mind, all sellers can continue to list non-restricted products in eligible categories.

Please remember that invoices need to meet the following requirements:
• Acceptable: Invoice, sales invoice, commercial invoice
• Invoices must be dated within the last 90 days or must reflect the delivery or purchase of listed products within the last 90 days.
• Invoices must contain the names of the products you purchased.
• Documents must contain your name and contact information for your business (e.g., address, phone number, email or website).
• Documents must contain the issuer’s name, address, phone number and email address or website.
Or you can submit a Letter or Authorization from your manufacturer.
• Legible - it is not too blurry, not too light or dark.
• Dated within the last 90 days.
• Includes the manufacturer name and contact information.
• Includes seller’s legal business name or seller name
• Includes Seller's Physical Address
• Must be in English
